Who can use Rel8.app?

Rel8.app can be used by care providers of aged care, home care, disability care and retirement living. Book a 15-minute discovery session or demo session to learn more and see how our platform can help.

Family of loved ones receiving care have the ability to view and comment on stories, notices, events and more. Whether you're a daughter, son, grandchild or a family friend, Rel8.app will provide a platform to ensure you’re up to date with the latest on your loved one.

Is the app free for families?

Yes! The Rel8.app mobile app is completely free for families to download and use. It simply requires your care provider to sign up for our software first so they can invite you securely to their community.

Can I trial Rel8.app?

Absolutely you can! Care providers can get in touch and we can discuss how to connect your organisation with Rel8.app. If you’re a family member of someone receiving care, you can nominate your organisation and we will contact them to discuss.

How long does it take to implement?

Depending on the complexity of the implementation this can vary. However, our platform is designed for radical simplicity, and a typical implementation can be completed in as little as 1 week!

Where is my data located?

Data security and privacy is at the forefront of our minds. All data captured in Rel8.app is securely stored in Australian data centres.

Does Rel8.app integrate with other care management systems?

We are constantly expanding our integration capabilities to ensure Rel8.app works seamlessly alongside your existing clinical and facility management systems. Contact us to discuss your specific tech stack.

Do we need to buy new devices for our staff?

No! Rel8.app is designed to work on the smartphones and tablets your staff are already using, whether iOS or Android, as well as via our web portal on desktop computers.

Who can see the photos and stories shared?

Privacy is our top priority. Only invited family members connected to a specific resident can see their updates. Facilities have full control over permissions and sharing settings.
